Which Microsoft Office Software has the program Office Picture Manager?

Microsoft Office Picture Manager is included with Office 2003 and Office 2007. Office XP and earlier do not have Picture Manager, but have Photo Editor instead.

MS Office Picture Manager is one of MS Office Tools, so it is not part of any Office software (Word, Excel, etc).

If you are customizing installation of MS Office, you can see at installation tree that Office Picture Manager is one of Office Tool.
I think you should to try Microsoft Photo Editor, but there's not office picture manager.
