Not getting emails in my Microsoft Office Outlook?

I've had Microsoft Outlook since July. Everything was fine. Today, I am not getting my emails in Microsoft Outlook Inbox. The emails from msn are not being linked/transferred to Microsoft Outlook. I checked the settings on Outlook and the email account is listed.

If u are a free user for Hotmail or MSN, you are not going to get this service from now on.

MSN and Hotmail had terminated their service in serving free customer POP/SMTP services due to the abuse from some free user.
